If you want JK Nails to delete your personal data from our booking or messaging systems, please send a request using the contact details below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to jknailsab@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include enough information for us to identify your records, such as your name, phone number, and the channel you used to contact us, for example SMS, Messenger, or WhatsApp.
  3. If needed, we may reply to verify your identity before deleting data.

What We Delete

Upon a valid request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is not required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to review and process deletion requests within 30 days.
